PETER CHARD - MARITIME ARBITRATOR

By way of introduction I have been arbitrating since 1992 - I was sponsored by John Schofield (for whom I did the member’s FD&D work). I believe that I have achieved the combination of experience, maturity and academic qualifications to provide a service that should reflect what the entities within the maritime community require.

I understand how frustrating the process can be in respect of time, costs and quality of service.

I believe that the contents of this website will address the issues that entities will find of concern.
I am the only LMAA member who is both a qualified English lawyer and a marine engineer.
